We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

We offer exchanges only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the defect

To start a claim, email us at finchandfurniture@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting images or videos

If approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost

  • We may request return of the defective item before shipping the replacement


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Damage caused during assembly or misuse

  • Minor color or finish variations

  • Buyer’s change of mind or incorrect size/style ordered
